B&K came over the night before (Tuesday, August 12th) we went in and gave me a big basket of goodies to munch on while staying in the hospital. As you can see, I'm ready to pop!

Wednesday evening, August 13th- Just about to get in the car...

We arrived at the hospital around 10:30 pm on Wednesday. After an uncomfortable night in the hospital bed trying to keep the baby's heart monitor on my belly, listening to the soothing sounds of the lady next door who refused to have an epidural, feeling the pangs of contractions for the first time in my life and realizing I never wanted to feel them again and getting 2 separate epidurals myself, I delivered Miss E at 3:30 pm on August 14th. She weighed in at 7 lbs. 15 oz., was 20 inches long and she has brown hair around the back of her head, just like a little old man. I cried when I saw her.
A very proud daddy meeting his little princess for the first time...

A very tired but happy mama...
Gigi and Papi brought the boys down right away to meet their little sister. Bubbs was enamored with her from the start. Boy Scout was more interested in running around the room and pushing buttons....of course! Here is Bubbs checking out baby E in the baby warmer.

And he gives her a thumbs up!

Checking her out up close...

Gigi and Papi are so happy she's here!

Boy Scout checks out what all the fuss is about.

Little Miss E and her two very proud big brothers!

Can you believe I have three kids???

B&K and the girls and Haley came to visit later on that evening. When Klor delivered Kar at this same hospital 5 weeks earlier, she told me to ask for a specific nurse- the best nurse ever! I had that nurse assigned to me as my delivery nurse and she was pretty wonderful! Then they ended up putting me in the same recovery room that K had- rm 1611. What are the odds?

Auntie Yaya and Kiki...

Misses E and K are finally here together...

Our two little princesses....
Miss E sports one of her adorable bows from Klor!

Friday evening, August 15th. Can you tell this is my first girl? I am absolutely thrilled to be pulling out the pink clothes. This is a little outfit from Papi and Gigi and Yaya. It's a ballerina outfit that says "Lil' Miss August". K wore hers home too- and of course it said "Lil' Miss July". :)

Can you see the ballerina slippers? They're too big for her feet!

About to head home. Those are my roses from Papi and Gigi. Never had pink before!

Like I said before, my first girl! All pink! Do you like my carseat cover Klor made me? Isn't she amazing?

This is what I came home to...dozens of flowers on my kitchen island.

These gorgeous flowers are from Rick and the boys to their mama. They wrote me a very sweet note....yes, I was teary eyed when I read it.
And of course daddy thinks of everything. He sent Miss E her first rose from her daddy.

Boy Scout loves to give his little sis kissies in her swing!
Bubbs loves his little MissE so much. He's always asking to hold her and help out with her. He runs into our room in the mornings and wants to see her in her cradle. He's crazy about her!
One of her outfits from Gigi. Isn't the hat so cute? Precocious little girl...

YAY!!! Finally a new post:) Little Ellie is absolutely ADORABLE!!! She's even more beautiful in real life too! I can't get enough of her little round face, her rosy cheeks, her nice tan skin and her dark old man hairdo! She's simply beautiful! I hope you'll have more girls in the future, especially if they even look half as cute as little Ellie Sue. You look so happy in all of the pictures. Especially the one in your nightgown...LOVE IT!!!
