Miss E turned 1 in August and we celebrated her birthday in Oregon with family. She wore her birthday dress from Auntie L. Daddy was able to fly up to be with us for the weekend. It was a great time. We did a tea party for her special day...complete with mama's teapots and teacups. We had chicken salad croissant sandwhiches, delicious fruits and veges and homemade cheddar tuna chowder soup. We had sherbet and wafer cookies for dessert along with homemade chocolate cake and whipped cream. And of course....we had homemade hot chocolate for our "tea". Daddy strung lights in the trees and we had the tables decorated so beautifully if I do say so myself. Everyone helped prepare. It was a chilly but delightful evening. The pictures are a bit out of order but oh well. You get the general idea. Thank you everyone for coming!

Happy Birthday miss E. The party looked like fun. We miss you and can't wait to see you. We'll be in the valley at Thanksgiving. Hopefully we'll catch you home.
